Lohmeyers in the 2010 Football World Cup Nations

Looking at the World Cup map on the FIFA website, I wondered how far the Lohmeyer tribe has spread across the globe. I checked available internet phone books to establish roughly how many families of the Lohmeyer, Lohmeier, Lohmayer and Lohmaier tribes were resident in each country, as measured by the number of telephone connections. Here are the results:
